Consejos para practicar la escritura ESL:

 

Lista de Consejos:

  • CONTESTA A LA PREGUNTA
  • PLANIFICA tu historia.
  • REVISA tu historia para corregir errores.
  • Da un título a tu cuento.
  • Asegúrate de que tengas por lo menos 4 párrafos.
  • Párrafo 1 - información de trasfondo.
  • Párrafo 2 y 3 la parte principal de tu historia.
  • Párrafo 4 - O BIEN el clímax o el momento clave de la historia O lo que ocurrió después del clímax.
  • No cambies, bajo ningún concepto, las palabras que te han sido dadas.
  • Lee las palabras que te han sido dadas con cuidado. Algunas veces puedes elegir si bien empezar o terminar con las palabras. En otras ocasiones no tienes elección.
  • Utiliza el pasado continuo para la información de trasfondo. Por ejemplo - It was raining heavily as we left the house....
  • Utiliza el pasado perfecto antes de los hechos principales de la historia. but Anne had kindly lent me her umbrella.
  • Utiliza el pasado simple para los hechos principales. There wasn't a single person on the street.
  • Intenta incluir el estilo directo.
  • Puedes utilizar contracciones (haven't, couldn't etc). Pero una historia no debería ser tan informal como un email a un amigo, por ejemplo.
